This is a hands-on role that will see you work closely with the CEO as their 2IC, contributing both strategically and operationally.<\/p>\n<p>You will manage the company&#8217;s internal financial function while also acting as a key contact for finance related queries from clients using their platform. Over time, you will play a critical role in building and leading a dedicated finance department that supports clients with system related finance queries.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage all aspects of the company&#8217;s financial operations (including reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and compliance).<\/li>\n<li>Act as a senior point of contact for clients experiencing finance related issues on the platform.<\/li>\n<li>Support and lead the implementation of our software for clients from a finance perspective, ensuring financial accuracy and client satisfaction.<\/li>\n<li>Work closely with the CEO on strategic initiatives, internal operations and process improvements.<\/li>\n<li>Develop and grow a finance team to service both internal stakeholders and external client needs.<\/li>\n<li>Provide input into product development from a financial user&#8217;s perspective.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure best practices in financial processes and controls within both the company and the client use of our systems.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare reports and present financial insights to executive leadership.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>CA(SA) qualification.<\/li>\n<li>Proven experience in the software or technology industry.<\/li>\n<li>Strong understanding of financial systems, reporting and implementation.<\/li>\n<li>Client facing experience with the ability to translate financial needs into system functionality.<\/li>\n<li>Self-starter with strong problem-solving abilities.<\/li>\n<li>Comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment.<\/li>\n<li>Needs to be onsite in Claremont<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Pease Apply!<\/p>\n<p>Salt is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/counter.adcourier.com\/b01vZ29tb3RzaS4zMDExMS41MjA4QHNhbHQuYXBsaXRyYWsuY29t.gif\"><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Job Title: Implementation Consultant: Accountant (CA(SA)) Location: Claremont, Cape Town (On-site) Salary: R80,000 &#8211; R100,000 Gross per Month Industry: Software Reporting To: CEO About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Implementation Consultant: Accountant to join a dynamic software company based in Claremont.
