As a fast-paced, data-driven business, they&#8217;re now hiring a Head of PPC to lead their in-house paid search strategy across both Google and Bing.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>This is a hands-on leadership role, perfect for someone who thrives on both strategic thinking and rolling up their sleeves to implement, optimise, and report on performance directly. You&#8217;ll oversee all paid search and shopping campaigns, including Brand &amp; Non-Brand Search, Pmax, and Standard Shopping, while managing a growing team and working closely with stakeholders across the business.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>Duties and Responsibilities:<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Define and lead the PPC strategy with a clear focus on customer acquisition, CPR, LTV, and ROI<\/li>\n<li>Actively manage and optimise campaigns within Google Ads and Bing, making changes directly to improve performance<\/li>\n<li>Oversee a multimillion-pound paid media budget with clear KPIs and accountability<\/li>\n<li>Lead, coach, and grow an in-house team of digital marketers<\/li>\n<li>Partner closely with creative, content, product, and data teams to align on messaging and campaign goals<\/li>\n<li>Monitor and report on campaign performance weekly and monthly, delivering actionable insights to senior leadership<\/li>\n<li>Plan and run A\/B tests and experiments to boost conversion rates, registration volumes, and revenue<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, CRM, BI, tech, and other business units to ensure tracking, reporting, and strategic alignment<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Requirements:<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proven experience managing PPC campaigns<\/li>\n<li>In-house or e-commerce experience advantageous<\/li>\n<li>Hands-on expertise with Pmax, Standard Shopping, Google Ads, Google Marketing Platform, and Google Merchant Center<\/li>\n<li>Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn large datasets into campaign insights<\/li>\n<li>Comfortable managing campaigns directly &#8211; this is not an agency-managed role<\/li>\n<li>Advanced Excel skills; SQL and Python knowledge is a plus<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Please note: Due to the high volume of applications, only candidates selected for interview will be contacted.
