Arrange PPECB inspections and compile pre-alert documentation (waybill, commercial invoice, phytosanitary certificate, PPECB).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

Track and trace shipments, ensuring timely delivery and addressing any delays or issues.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

Communicate effectively with customers, carriers, warehouses, and other departments to ensure efficient operations.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

Handle claims related to damaged, lost, or delayed cargo and escalate appropriately.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

Support the clearance of air, sea, and road shipments-both imports and exports.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

Conduct physical checks on consignments, including taking photos and recording product temperatures.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

Ensure shipments are packed according to specific airline requirements and that all pallet IDs match the packing list.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

Ensure proper labeling and documentation is included for all shipments.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

Upload shipment photos and relevant documentation to the shared system for access by internal teams and clients.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
\nCandidate Requirements:<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Previous experience in freight forwarding, preferably in an airfreight import\/export role.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

Strong understanding of international trade regulations and customs compliance.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

Familiarity with airline documentation, fumigation certificates, and freight charges.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
- \n
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office; experience with CargoWise is highly desirable.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
