We’re looking for a highly experienced Full Stack Software Engineer<\/strong> to join a cross-functional team and take a leading role in the design, development, and deployment of cutting-edge web applications. You’ll work across both front-end and back-end systems, contribute to the full software development lifecycle, and help shape scalable, reliable, and high-performance solutions.<\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Software Design & Architecture:<\/strong><\/p>\n

    \n
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into well-structured technical solutions<\/li>\n
  • Design and build scalable software systems with consideration for performance, reliability, and future expansion<\/li>\n
  • Create secure, resilient, and cost-efficient applications<\/li>\n
  • Introduce best practices, patterns, and technologies across the engineering team<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Development & Integration:<\/strong><\/p>\n

      \n
    • Build and maintain front-end and back-end components for complex web applications<\/li>\n
    • Develop reusable APIs, code libraries, and scalable microservices<\/li>\n
    • Optimise systems to handle increasing user demands<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Database & Application Logic:<\/strong><\/p>\n

        \n
      • Design and implement efficient data models and storage solutions<\/li>\n
      • Write algorithms and business logic to drive robust workflows<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        Testing & Quality Assurance:<\/strong><\/p>\n

          \n
        • Champion automated testing and CI\/CD practices<\/li>\n
        • Perform code reviews and guide peers on quality and performance<\/li>\n
        • Identify and address security and performance vulnerabilities<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          Operations & Troubleshooting:<\/strong><\/p>\n

            \n
          • Investigate and resolve complex production issues<\/li>\n
          • Monitor and react to system alerts in a timely manner<\/li>\n
          • Lead root cause analysis and implement long-term fixes<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

            Leadership & Continuous Improvement:<\/strong><\/p>\n

              \n
            • Mentor engineers and support onboarding of new team members<\/li>\n
            • Stay current with emerging technologies and continuously evolve development practices<\/li>\n
            • Collaborate with product managers and technical leaders to align on delivery and scope<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
              \n

              Qualifications & Experience:<\/strong><\/h3>\n
                \n
              • Grade 12 \/ National Certificate<\/li>\n
              • Relevant IT or software development certification or qualification<\/li>\n
              • 6+ years’ experience in both front-end and back-end development<\/li>\n
              • Strong understanding of SDLC, cloud platforms, and modern architectural patterns<\/li>\n
              • Experience with both monolithic and microservices-based applications<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                Technical Expertise:<\/strong><\/h3>\n
                  \n
                • Languages & Frameworks:<\/strong> .NET, C#, Java<\/li>\n
                • Database Technologies:<\/strong> SQL, NoSQL<\/li>\n
                • DevOps & Cloud:<\/strong> AWS, Kubernetes, containerization<\/li>\n
                • APIs:<\/strong> RESTful design and integration<\/li>\n
                • Architecture:<\/strong> Microservices, event-driven systems<\/li>\n
                • Tools:<\/strong> CI\/CD pipelines, front-end build tools, version control<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
