The Accounts Services Manager will oversee a core finance operations team responsible for managing day-to-day processes across accounts receivable, accounts payable, operational expenses, and financial controls. The successful candidate will bring both structure and agility to the role, balancing high-level oversight with hands-on involvement.<\/p>\n<p>This is a key leadership position requiring experience in managing finance teams, implementing controls, and ensuring compliance with internal procedures and deadlines.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead and support a team managing receivables, payable, reconciliations, and operational claims.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor financial processes and ensure compliance with internal standards and cut-off time lines.<\/li>\n<li>Provide guidance on business related declarations, fee invoicing, and concessions handling.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure accurate month-end reporting, reconciliations, and general ledger integrity.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain control over banking processes and ensure reconciliations are completed.<\/li>\n<li>Identify process gaps, propose improvements, and help drive automation and efficiency.<\/li>\n<li>Support audit processes and implement recommendations to strengthen internal controls.<\/li>\n<li>Mentor team members and foster a results-driven, collaborative work culture.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Minimum Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Must hold a BCom Accounting or equivalent.<\/li>\n<li>Minimum 3 years in a finance leadership role<\/li>\n<li>Experience managing teams in high-volume transactional environments<\/li>\n<li>Solid working knowledge of accounting systems and month-end procedures<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>This is an excellent opportunity for a strong finance professional to step into a hands-on leadership role within a reputable brand portfolio.
