This role involves working across departments to deliver customer-focused insights that inform strategy, campaign performance, and operational improvements.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Analyse customer and transactional data to uncover actionable insights.<\/li>\n<li>Build and maintain dashboards and reports using BI tools.<\/li>\n<li>Partner with marketing, buying, and IT to align customer intelligence with strategic goals.<\/li>\n<li>Support campaign performance tracking and customer segmentation.<\/li>\n<li>Help enhance reporting frameworks and integrate data from multiple sources.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Business Science, or a related field (Honours preferred).<\/li>\n<li>5+ years&#8217; experience in data analysis, BI, or strategic insights, ideally in retail.<\/li>\n<li>Strong SQL and data visualisation skills (Qlik, Tableau, etc.).<\/li>\n<li>Experience working with large datasets and cloud-based analytics platforms (e.g. AWS).<\/li>\n<li>Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Preferred:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Background in customer analytics, loyalty programmes, or campaign reporting.<\/li>\n<li>Experience automating reporting and integrating multiple data streams.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/p>\n<p>Salt is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.<\/p>\n<p><picture><source srcset=\"https:\/\/counter.adcourier.com\/c0JoaWtoYS40Mzc4Mi41MjA4QHNhbHQuYXBsaXRyYWsuY29t.webp\" type=\"image\/webp\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/counter.adcourier.com\/c0JoaWtoYS40Mzc4Mi41MjA4QHNhbHQuYXBsaXRyYWsuY29t.gif\"><\/picture><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Customer Insights Analyst Hybrid | Cape Town A leading retail organisation is seeking a skilled Customer Insights Analyst to support business decisions through data-driven analysis.
