About the Role<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for CRM excellence and Salesforce innovation? We’re seeking a Senior Business Analyst \/ Feature Analyst<\/strong> to join our dynamic Salesforce team within the Client Experience Delivery unit. This is a high-impact role, acting as the vital link between business needs and scalable technical solutions. You will work closely with business stakeholders, developers, and solution architects to deliver user-focused Salesforce features that drive operational efficiency and enhanced client engagement.<\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h3>\n
    \n
  • Act as the go-to Salesforce subject matter expert across capabilities, configurations, and best practices.<\/li>\n
  • Gather, document, and translate complex business requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.<\/li>\n
  • Collaborate with technical teams to design and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions.<\/li>\n
  • Evaluate business benefits of proposed solutions, including efficiency and cost improvements.<\/li>\n
  • Drive User Acceptance Testing (UAT), change management, and post-implementation support.<\/li>\n
  • Work closely with the Product Manager and Delivery Lead to prioritise and plan sprints.<\/li>\n
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with strategic goals.<\/li>\n
  • Communicate and engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including executive panels.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    • Solution Design<\/strong>: Create clear, scalable designs and documentation for Salesforce features.<\/li>\n
    • Stakeholder Engagement<\/strong>: Maintain transparent communication and expectation management.<\/li>\n
    • Agile Delivery<\/strong>: Actively lead and participate in agile ceremonies and sprint planning.<\/li>\n
    • Quality Assurance<\/strong>: Support testing processes to ensure high-quality deliverables.<\/li>\n
    • Change Management<\/strong>: Lead change initiatives, training, and go-live activities.<\/li>\n
    • Leadership<\/strong>: Mentor, influence, and drive accountability within cross-functional teams.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Qualifications<\/strong><\/h3>\n

      Minimum Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n

        \n
      • Tertiary qualification in Business Analysis or a related field.<\/li>\n
      • 7+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst in complex environments.<\/li>\n
      • 2+ years’ Salesforce BA or Solution Analyst experience.<\/li>\n
      • 2+ years’ experience within the Banking or Financial Services sector.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        Ideal Certifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n

        • Salesforce Administrator Certification<\/li>\n
        • Salesforce Business Analyst Certification<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          Technical Knowledge & Experience<\/strong><\/h3>\n
            \n
          • Strong knowledge of Salesforce Financial Services Cloud.<\/li>\n
          • Proficiency in agile delivery, SDLC, business process mapping, and stakeholder communication.<\/li>\n
          • Experience using business analysis tools and techniques independently.<\/li>\n
          • Demonstrated ability to work across both business and technical teams.<\/li>\n
          • Understanding of change management, project lifecycles, and data-driven decision-making.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
