We’re on the hunt for a Head of Technical Operations<\/strong>-someone who can keep our tech humming, our infrastructure stable, and our helpdesk team caffeinated and happy. If you love solving problems before they even exist and can juggle firewalls, budgets, and team morale all before your second coffee… this is your moment.<\/p>\n

What You’ll Be Doing (Besides Being Awesome)<\/h3>\n
    \n
  • Craft a tech ops strategy that’s smoother than your favourite playlist <\/li>\n
  • Keep our systems stable, secure, and compliant – no pressure<\/li>\n
  • Work with engineering, product, and business teams without starting a turf war<\/li>\n
  • Manage vendors like a boss (literally)<\/li>\n
  • Lead a team of legends across infrastructure, SRE, security, and support<\/li>\n
  • Keep an eye on the budget (and maybe the office snack stash)<\/li>\n
  • Stay ahead of the tech curve-because “legacy systems” are so last season<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    What You Bring to the Table<\/h3>\n

    • Leadership skills that make people say “I want to work with them”<\/li>\n
    • Tech chops + business savvy = your superpower<\/li>\n
    • Strategic thinking under pressure (like when the Wi-Fi goes down)<\/li>\n
    • Communication skills that make even compliance sound exciting<\/li>\n
    • Budgeting skills that would impress your accountant<\/li>\n
    • A love for collaboration, innovation, and maybe memes<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Your Street Cred<\/h3>\n
        \n
      • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or similar (bonus points for Honours\/Master’s)<\/li>\n
      • 8-10 years in IT ops, with 5+ years leading the charge<\/li>\n
      • Deep knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), visualisation, and high-availability systems<\/li>\n
      • Cybersecurity frameworks? You know them like your favourite sitcom quotes<\/li>\n
      • ITIL, CISSP, CISM? You’ve got the badges<\/li>\n
      • Bonus: experience in financial services or banking (but we won’t hold it against you if not)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
