🚀 Sales & Business Development Executive<\/h2>\n

Location:<\/strong> Johannesburg
Salary:<\/strong> R40,000 – R60,000 per month (base) + uncapped commission<\/p>\n

About the Role<\/h3>\n

Are you a natural relationship builder with a passion for closing deals and growing partnerships? We’re on the lookout for a confident and driven Sales & Business Development Executive<\/strong> to join our team and take the lead on engaging qualified leads, managing key accounts, and expanding our partner network.<\/p>\n

What You’ll Be Doing<\/h3>\n
    \n
  • Meeting with potential clients and partners to build strong, lasting relationships<\/li>\n
  • Leading the full sales cycle – from first contact to signed deal<\/li>\n
  • Growing and managing our partner and reseller program<\/li>\n
  • Delivering product demos and conducting on-site visits<\/li>\n
  • Structuring pricing and proposals with commercial confidence<\/li>\n
  • Representing the brand at meetings, events, and in the market<\/li>\n
  • Keeping your CRM pipeline healthy and up to date<\/li>\n
  • Reporting on sales activity and pipeline progress<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    What We’re Looking For<\/h3>\n
      \n
    • 3-7 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management<\/li>\n
    • A confident communicator who thrives in meetings and presentations<\/li>\n
    • Proven ability to close deals and manage complex sales cycles<\/li>\n
    • Strong commercial acumen and pricing skills<\/li>\n
    • Experience with CRM tools and pipeline management<\/li>\n
    • Willingness to travel and host client-facing events<\/li>\n
    • A strong track record in sales<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Bonus Points If You Have<\/h3>\n
        \n
      • Experience in SaaS, or IT security<\/li>\n
      • An existing network in office tech, facilities management, or security sectors<\/li>\n
      • Familiarity with partner\/reseller program management<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
