About the Role<\/h3>\n

Are you a go-getter who loves the thrill of opening doors and starting conversations? We’re looking for a proactive and ambitious SDR\/Sales Executive<\/strong> to join our growing team. This is a greenfield outbound role – you’ll be identifying new business opportunities, reaching out to prospects, and qualifying leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and site visits.<\/p>\n

What You’ll Be Doing<\/h3>\n
    \n
  • Conducting outbound prospecting and cold outreach<\/li>\n
  • Generating and qualifying leads in target industries<\/li>\n
  • Passing qualified leads to the engagement team for deeper sales follow-up<\/li>\n
  • Visiting client offices and initiating conversations onsite<\/li>\n
  • Learning the ins and outs of our software offering<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    What We’re Looking For<\/h3>\n
      \n
    • 2-5 years of proven sales experience (ideally in software, SaaS, or tech)<\/li>\n
    • Excellent communication skills – in person, on the phone, and in writing<\/li>\n
    • Confidence and resilience in cold calling and site-based outreach<\/li>\n
    • Strong initiative and adaptability in a small, dynamic team<\/li>\n
    • A relevant qualification or a solid track record in sales<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Bonus Points If You Have<\/h3>\n
        \n
      • Experience in office tech, security, or access control<\/li>\n
      • A strong LinkedIn presence or relevant audience reach<\/li>\n
      • Ability to write and share insights about workplace tech<\/li>\n
      • Understanding of customer pain points in access, compliance, or facilities<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
