They&#8217;re seeking an Affiliate Manager to join their ambitious and forward-thinking team. This role is perfect for a professional with a passion for digital strategy, a talent for building relationships, and a love for performance-driven marketing.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>As the Affiliate Manager, you will be the driving force behind the growth and nurturing of their affiliate program. You will manage relationships with local and international partners, develop engaging campaigns, and significantly increase first-time depositors (FTDs). They are building a team that&#8217;s as forward-thinking and ambitious as their goals. They value excellence, agility and ownership &#8211; and are creating an environment where smart ideas thrive, great work is recognised and collaboration drives us forward.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><strong>Duties and Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Build, grow, and maintain strong connections with affiliate partners.<\/li>\n<li>Recruit and onboard top-tier affiliates.<\/li>\n<li>Plan and launch smart acquisition and retention campaigns across the affiliate network.<\/li>\n<li>Roll out custom campaigns for high-value affiliates, ensuring they are data-backed and ROI-driven.<\/li>\n<li>Team up with design and content legends to create fresh, on-brand assets that convert.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor and report on campaign performance, using data-driven insights to optimise and maximise ROI.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies , while also implementing measures to prevent affiliate fraud.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree or equivalent in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 3 years&#8217; experience in a similar role managing affiliates for iGaming companies.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent understanding of affiliate marketing models, including CPA, Revenue Share and Hybrid Models.<\/li>\n<li>Strong focus on optimising ROI and FTDs.<\/li>\n<li>Solid knowledge of the gambling industry, including key trends and terminology.<\/li>\n<li>Proven ability to work both independently and as part of a team.<\/li>\n<li>Hands-on experience with affiliate management platforms such as Netrefer, Income Access, or similar tools.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Please note:<\/strong> Due to the high volume of applications, only candidates selected for interview will be contacted.
