{"id":22711,"date":"2021-01-04T09:25:28","date_gmt":"2021-01-04T09:25:28","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/welovesalt.com\/za\/jobs\/%wpbb_job_industry%\/ux-ui-designers\/"},"modified":"2021-02-18T13:08:32","modified_gmt":"2021-02-18T13:08:32","slug":"uxui-designers-22711","status":"archive","type":"wpbb_job","link":"https:\/\/welovesalt.com\/za\/jobs\/creative\/uxui-designers-22711\/","title":{"rendered":"UX\/UI Designers"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>My Client is a very well known South African consultancy business that focuses a lot of their efforts in the financial sector and they are looking for talent&#8230;.<\/p>\n<p>They are looking for UX and UI Designer respectively.<\/p>\n<p>JOB RESPONSIBILITIES<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Collaborate with key product stakeholders on regular basis to define requirements and prioritise key product features.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with developers, product owners, visual designers and marketing to define the best possible experience for the user.<\/li>\n<li>Present and defend designs and key milestone deliverable to appropriate teams.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work with development teams to execute best design solutions within technology constraints.<\/li>\n<li>Work closely with Visual Designers to ensure adherence to design guidelines and best practices across all platforms.<\/li>\n<li>Work closely with the Development and QA Teams to ensure successful implementation of the specified designs.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct user research and evaluate feedback.<\/li>\n<li>Determine user needs by conducting user interviews with real users.<\/li>\n<li>Create and run ideation workshops in support of new product explorations.<\/li>\n<li>Create rapid and iterative wireframes for prototyping for a variety of ideas and concepts.<\/li>\n<li>Facilitate usability testing and evaluate user feedback to further improve the concept or existing products.<\/li>\n<li>Evaluate the user experience design of existing design concepts as well as on-device prototypes, and communicate design enhancements.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>REQUIRED SKILLS<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Understanding of web, desktop and mobile usability principles with a portfolio of projects to demonstrate it.<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency with Balsamiq Mockups or other similar tools.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent time management and organisational skills.<\/li>\n<li>Experience working in an Agile Team (preferably SCRUM) will be advantageous.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>If you are either a UX or UI Designer please get in touch with me.<\/p>\n<p>Salt is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/counter.adcourier.com\/Y2VuZ2VsYnJlY2h0LjkwMjg4LjUyMDhAc2FsdC5hcGxpdHJhay5jb20.gif\"><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>My Client is a very well known South African consultancy business that focuses a lot of their efforts in the financial sector and they are looking for talent&#8230;.
