justify\">Collaborate with product management and engineering to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, direction and experience<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\">Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off of full high fidelity designs<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\">Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity to complex design roadblocks<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\">Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, static prototypes and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\">Present designs and key milestone deliverables to peers and executive level stakeholders<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\">Contribute to establishing and promote design guidelines, best practices and standards<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\">Attend client demos and meeting to discuss the initial design briefs and direction. <\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\">Understand how designs can be applied to all applicable device types and screen sizes starting with mobile and working out toward the desktop. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Requirements:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\">Proven UI experience in a digital agency environment<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\">Demonstrable UI design skills with a strong portfolio of past client work<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\">Some experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and sitemaps<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\">Basic understanding of HTML, CSS and JavaScript fundamentals and the principles of rapid prototyping.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\">Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\">Ability to present your designs and sell your solutions to various stakeholders.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\">Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively in conjunction with engineering and product teams.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\">Up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\">Certified qualification in Interaction \/ Graphic Design, or related fields<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\">Experience working in an Agile\/Scrum development process specifically within an agency environment<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Technical Skills:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\">Understand basic fundamentals of iterative software \/ web development processes and procedures<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\">Familiarity with common Agile practices, scrum processes, service-oriented environments, and development methodologies <\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\">Competency with various design techniques, styles and resources <\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\">Fluency with design tools, particularly Sketch, InVision, Photoshop, Illustrator, Abstract or similar. <\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\">How to extract artefacts and styles from UI designs as technical specifications for development execution. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">You need at least 1 year of experience.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Reach out to me with your portfolio
