If any of this excites you, then you may want to carry on reading.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>In this role, you&#8217;ll be expected to map out a future CRM structure and architecture that will work seamlessly across the business and capture crucial information along the entire customer journey. You will also be expected to be able to easily read and interpret the data to extract useful information that can be utilised in campaigns. You must possess substantial knowledge of segmentation, campaign management, offer management, data mining and email marketing.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>Their offices are based in<strong> CAPE TOWN<\/strong>, so applicants based in the area will be prioritised.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>Here is what you need to be considered for the role:<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>5+ years of experience in customer experience strategies \/ CRM marketing<\/li>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s Degree or equivalent would be highly advantageous<\/li>\n<li>Experience in working with Microsoft Dynamics would be preferred<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>This role is an opportunity for personal development, and as you grow, so too will the scope of the role.
