These key themes are at the heart of the decision-making processes and approach to product development.<\/p>\n<p>Their platform uses the latest cloud technology available, and are focused on innovation and creating the best digital experiences for customers.<\/p>\n<p>The Growth Product Manager will be responsible for running the funnel conversion competency.<\/p>\n<p>They will lead a cross functional team of people from different areas of the business, the Growth Team.<\/p>\n<p>The team will be largely made up by seconding team members from existing teams, however the Growth Team will in time have permanent team members.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>Areas of responsibility<\/p>\n<p>* Lead the funnel conversion competency<\/p>\n<p>o Optimise marketing funnels<\/p>\n<p>o Optimise sales funnels<\/p>\n<p>o Optimise operational processes<\/p>\n<p>* Grow our API customer base<\/p>\n<p>* Grow our digital transactions<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>Scope of role<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Credit Risk decisions<\/li>\n<li>Insurance sales<\/li>\n<li>User research and User experience design<\/li>\n<li>Data analytics and metrics<\/li>\n<li>Reporting<\/li>\n<li>Marketing and sales<\/li>\n<li>Business metrics<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>What will you do?<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Draw out feedback from users to understand their experience with the products<\/li>\n<li>Align teams on a shared vision and steer the team towards the execution of that vision<\/li>\n<li>Drive the decision-making process across all the aspects of product development (strategy, design, technology, launch)<\/li>\n<li>Define, monitor and analyse metrics to guide product improvements<\/li>\n<li>Create and own the roadmap; prioritise initiatives according to aggregate needs<\/li>\n<li>Monitor and communicate updates on product priorities to internal and external stakeholders<\/li>\n<li>Document ideas and plans; be the face of the product working directly with partners and our users<\/li>\n<li>Work with our external partners to deliver solutions that will solve problems for our users<\/li>\n<li>Drive progress across product initiatives by removing blockers from the team and going the extra mile to ensure that the product objectives are met<\/li>\n<li>Make several decisions daily on the best path to success for our product objectives<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>This role is available for South African citizens or valid Residency holders only.<\/p>\n<p>Salt is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/counter.adcourier.com\/bmZhc3RvdnNreS45MzUxOC41MjA4QHNhbHQuYXBsaXRyYWsuY29t.gif\"><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>My client is an innovative digital financial service provider who specializes in fast loans, insurance and VAS products digitally to a growing base of customers in Africa.
