You’re skilled and willing to take initiative, able to critically approach and deliver a brief and follow set frameworks, processes and work streams set by the Lead Designer.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
You’ll work closely with the Client Services, Content and Copy and Design teams teams to ensure that all creative output meets the brief and is delivered on time. Most of all, you’re a team player with a creative flare and can-do attitude, who genuinely enjoys making clients happy!<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
Roles & responsibilities:<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
Maintaining quality, creativity, and consistency<\/p>\n
● Demonstrate exceptional design and production abilities, sharing best practices with the<\/p>\n
wider team<\/p>\n
● Take ownership of design briefs and answer them to a very high standard<\/p>\n
● Support junior members of the design team with their own briefs, including QA and<\/p>\n
editing Junior members’ work where required<\/p>\n
● Ensure that the use of brand guidelines is consistent across deliverables for a variety of<\/p>\n
clients across different sectors<\/p>\n
● Review briefs and work closely with the Content and Copy team and Client Services<\/p>\n
team to deliver a high quality, consistent, creative output<\/p>\n
Strategy<\/p>\n
● Use your design skills and expertise to input on client strategies, campaigns and briefs<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
