Then you should consider our client for your next career destination.<\/p>\n<p>Our client is looking for a dedicated and passionate product owner with strong technical acumen to manage the development backlog and project roadmap for their Salesforce CRM and Marketing Clouds. <\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Work closely with Product Manager and other Product Owner to create and maintain a product backlog according to business value or ROI.<\/li>\n<li>You will create, own, and maintain the product roadmap, including the scoping, sizing and prioritisation of initiatives that will deliver value against KPIs<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate across numerous teams to ensure deadlines are met and all issues, changes and projects are effectively resolved &amp; communicated<\/li>\n<li>Gather requirements from internal and external stakeholders and document the functional requirements of the product\/feature.<\/li>\n<li>Translate the product vision into well-defined product requirements including features, user stories, and acceptance test criteria<\/li>\n<li>Prioritise work for the technical teams, based on business value and technical considerations<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that development teams are producing incremental and relevant product value.<\/li>\n<li>Lead the sprint plans and set the expectation for delivery of new functionalities<\/li>\n<li>Oversee development stages (engaging in all ceremonies) This includes running day-to-day ceremonies of a product team including standup, planning, grooming and retrospectives<\/li>\n<li>Run user acceptance testing with team and ensure product quality<\/li>\n<li>Work in an Agile environment and continuously review the business needs, refine priorities, outline milestones and deliverables, and identify opportunities and risks.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Required skills and qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Five + years of experience in project management or product ownership<\/li>\n<li>Experience with CRM platforms in a retail environment executing email marketing campaigns<\/li>\n<li>Experience leading, planning, and implementing Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) platform capabilities to support the execution of email and customer relationship management (CRM) marketing campaigns<\/li>\n<li>In-depth knowledge of agile methodology<\/li>\n<li>Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Salt is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/counter.adcourier.com\/bWFydG1hbi4yMTM1MS41MjA4QHNhbHQuYXBsaXRyYWsuY29t.gif\"><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Product Owner &#8211; CRM (Service &amp; Marketing Clouds) Looking for your next challenge?
