The ideal candidate should have a strong background in retail or ecommerce and a proven track record of building and developing successful checkout and fulfilment solutions.<\/p>\n<p class=\"whitespace-pre-wrap\">Responsibilities:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Take ownership of our retail\/ecommerce checkout and fulfilment products and lead product development from conception to launch<\/li>\n<li>Work closely with cross-functional teams including UX\/UI designers, developers, marketing, and customer service teams to identify new features and enhancements<\/li>\n<li>Define and prioritize product requirements and features based on market analysis, customer feedback, and business objectives<\/li>\n<li>Develop and maintain timelines, product roadmaps, and project plans to ensure timely delivery of high-quality releases<\/li>\n<li>Lead the product team, consisting of scrum master, business analyst, designer, tech leads, developers, and testers, to deliver against product roadmap.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with stakeholders to define and measure success metrics and regularly report on product performance<\/li>\n<li>Work with the UX designers and Architecture team to conceive of solutions and work with Value Architect to determine the value and return on investment of these initiatives.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"whitespace-pre-wrap\">Requirements:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree in business, marketing, or related field<\/li>\n<li>3+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role<\/li>\n<li>Strong experience in ecommerce\/retail industry and building\/developing successful checkout and fulfilment solutions<\/li>\n<li>Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect and interpret data to make data-driven decisions<\/li>\n<li>Agile\/Scrum experience preferred<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"whitespace-pre-wrap\">If you have the skills and experience that my client are looking for and are passionate about building great ecommerce\/retail products, I encourage you to apply today!<\/p>\n<p>Salt is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/counter.adcourier.com\/bmZhc3RvdnNreS41OTY1MC41MjA4QHNhbHQuYXBsaXRyYWsuY29t.gif\"><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>My client is a leading retailer in SA and they are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Owner to join the growing dynamic team.
