You will play a key role in identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop and implement the short and long-term strategy for the Internal Audit Department, aligning it with the overall organizational strategy.<\/li>\n<li>Review and assess the performance of the internal audit function, providing independent and objective opinions on risk management and control.<\/li>\n<li>Define and oversee the implementation of departmental policies, procedures, and controls in accordance with leading practices and legislative requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Manage the Internal Audit budget and monitor financial performance.<\/li>\n<li>Develop and execute an accurate and timely audit plan, assessing business processes and standards across the organization.<\/li>\n<li>Provide guidance for audit execution, prepare analytical reports on audit findings, and propose risk mitigation actions.<\/li>\n<li>Present observations to the Board, addressing financial, operational, and IT risks.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct special assignments as directed by the Audit Committee to investigate specific situations or incidents.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with IT security standards and oversee IT audit assignments.<\/li>\n<li>Lead and motivate the Internal Audit team, setting objectives, recruiting qualified staff, and managing performance.<\/li>\n<li>Communicate reporting requirements to relevant departments and deliver reports in a timely manner.<\/li>\n<li>Implement and comply with cybersecurity\/privacy\/Business Continuity requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate with the Risk Department to identify and report cyber security and privacy risks and vulnerabilities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications and experience:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s Degree in Accounting, Business, or equivalent.<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 13 years of relevant audit experience, with at least 4 years in progressively increasing managerial roles in Internal Audit.<\/li>\n<li>Advanced proficiency in English and Arabic.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>If you are a motivated audit professional with a passion for driving excellence in internal audit, we invite you to join our team.
