Knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud is advantageous.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>This role is key to the delivery of customer journeys, focused on digital 1-2-1 communication for B2B and B2C engagement. It includes journey design and configuration, audience segmentation and data interrogation and the application of digital marketing practices.<\/p>\n<p>You should be someone who&#8217;s passionate about marketing and providing a first-class customer experience that can engage our customers and prospects, drives revenue and builds brand loyalty. You must possess a strong understanding of email marketing principles, triggered campaigns, email testing and performance optimisation.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key responsibilities and duties<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Role and responsibilities<\/p>\n<p>* Plan, build and execute omni-channel communications, campaigns, nurture and retention programs in a flexible and timely manner<\/p>\n<p>* Solid knowledge of email marketing best practices and compliance<\/p>\n<p>* Manage set-up and configuration of data-driven campaigns ensuring deliver-ability<\/p>\n<p>* Provide a problem solving, creative and &#8216;point of escalation support<\/p>\n<p>* Working with stakeholders to create and implement test strategies, including A\/B multi-variant testing that maximise conversions<\/p>\n<p>* Solid technical skills and expertise with HTML and CSS optimized for email deployment<\/p>\n<p>* Oversee campaigns from creation to analysis and reporting<\/p>\n<p>* Must thrive in a fast-paced, iterative, deadline-driven environment<\/p>\n<p>* Provide reporting and analysis on campaign performance<\/p>\n<p>* Understand workflow processes and systems within a marketing\/sales cycle<\/p>\n<p>* Excellent communication skills &#8211; written, verbal and presentation<\/p>\n<p>* Working closely with IT, Regional and Global teams<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><strong>Knowledge in:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>* Salesforce Marketing Cloud advantageous<\/p>\n<p>* Tracking: UTM strategy, tagging<\/p>\n<p>* Audience and segmentation development for personalization and targeting<\/p>\n<p>* Database enrichment and management<\/p>\n<p>Salt is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/counter.adcourier.com\/amRld2l0LjA1Njc2LjUyMDhAc2FsdC5hcGxpdHJhay5jb20.gif\"><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Digital Marketing Automation Executive (6 Month Contract) Role context: I am looking for an experienced Marketing Automation Executive ideally with experience with email marketing to join the Marketing &amp; Digital team.
