Finance Manager

An amazing opportunity for an experienced Accountant to take full ownership of the finance function for their New Zealand operation.

The opportunity

This standalone Finance Manager role will be responsible for the ;

• Completion of the end-to-end finance function
• Preparation of monthly financial reports and reporting to parent company, including completion of monthly accruals and inter-company reconciliation
• Preparation and distribution of monthly branch reports
• Co-ordinate, review and approve the general ledger
• Preparation of annual budgets and quarterly forecasting
• Point of contact for internal external audits
• Cashflow forecasting and maintenance
• Control major accounts
• Evaluate, plan and implement improvements in financial processes and reporting to support strategy, planning and performance

· CA qualified or similar accounting qualification

· Minimum 5 year’s experience in accounting

· Good working knowledge of NZ Accounting and Tax legislation
