Lending Consultant

NZ owned finance company needs you to join their small friendly team, provide top service and solutions-based approach to their customers. This business is looking for an Online Lending Consultant to join their team. They are NZ owned, like a family, well established and as a small team they strive to make a difference in people’s lives by providing the best in service.

THE OPPORTUNITY

Based in Greenlane, you will report to the Business Development Manager and be a part of a small team of experienced Online Lending Consultants. Day to day you will be responsible for:

· Receiving and processing loan enquiries through various channels

· Follow up of leads generated through multiple channels

· Sell personal loans and insurance through online applications

· Promotion of services and products consistently

· Assist in development and implementation of processes and systems

· Promptly respond to all customer enquiries, maintain records and provide information

WHAT YOU NEED

You will have experience in lending and work for a finance company. You will need to be digitally savvy, have excellent interpersonal skills, a head for numbers and a drive to problem solve. There are options to work various flexible hours to avoid the Auckland traffic however you will need to work in with the team to ensure the hours of 7am-7pm are covered.
