We are on the lookout for our next administrative superstar who can specialise in financial support such as handling vendor payments, providing financial administration and maintaining positive customer relationships.

What will you be doing?

· Ensure timely processing and recording of invoices.

· Maintain credit cards from ordering them to cancelling or amending limits.

· Processing foreign currency invoices in Findur and liaising with Settlement Payment Services Team.

· Generate Suppliers Payment run File and uploading them to the system.

· International Travel Reconciliations and Journal Insurance to the appropriate business unit.

· Maintaining the vendor master file.

· Develop, harness, and maintain relationships with cost centre Managers.

· Support completion of bank account reconciliation.

· Provide support for the Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable functions.

· Continue to look for opportunities to improve processes to enhance the effectiveness and service provided by the Finance Operations team.

What do we ask for?

· Previous experience in financial operations environment.

· Accuracy and efficiency in data entry within financial systems.

· Basic knowledge of accounting and GST requirements.

· Excellent communication and customer service skills.

· Ability to be discreet and tactful with confidential and sensitive information.

· Ability to organise work flows to meet deadlines.

· Ability to work with others to achieve team goals.

· Willingness to be a support person to the rest of the staff.
