About the Role:

  • 3 Month Temporary Assignment Starting ASAP – potential to be extended
  • $31-$33 per hour depending on experience
  • Based in Grafton, Monday to Friday 730am to 4pm

The function of this role is to facilitate the ordering of clinical and non-clinical consumables through Oracle Managed Inventory. You will act as a bridge between the Clinical Team and the Supply Chain Team to ensure everything is running smoothly.

  • Ensure the right product is available at the correct price at the right time and place – doing due diligence before it is approved
  • Liaise with Procurement and Master Data Teams
  • Share Data Insights with teams on how to reduce costs
  • Support cost-saving initiatives through smart inventory management
  • Maintain clear communication across departments and stakeholders

About You

As an Implementation Coordinator you will play a key part in the supply chain team approving purchase requests and managing inventory.

You will come from a supply chain background or have experience in inventory control. You must be comfortable working autonomously and comfortable communicating with stakeholders

  • 2+ Years experience in supply chain
  • High attention to detail
  • Must have advanced Excel (V-lookups and Pivot Tables)
  • Proficient with ERP systems, preferably Oracle
  • Strong communication and ability to work autonomously
  • Basic clinical product knowledge beneficial (medical devices, masks, tools)
