Sales Analyst and Administrator

• Location: Based on-site in Wiri
• Hours: Monday to Friday 8am to 430pm
• 3 Month temporary assignment with potential extension or permanent opportunities!

WHAT WILL MY ROLE LOOK LIKE?

• Invoice new & used vehicles and process whole-goods deals into the system
• Process credit notes for customers.
• Liaise with Sales & Logistics teams in relation to current sales & delivery to customers
• Weekly reporting of whole-goods sales and deals in pipeline
• Manage Customer credit application
• Reconcile & analyse revenue, COR and GP accounts
• Assist with Accounts Receivable queries
• Receipt vehicle stock into to the system
• Liaise with Freight suppliers

WHO AM I?

• You will be system savvy (strong use of Excel proficiency, including VLookups and pivot tables) and pride yourself in your ability to learn new processes and systems swiftly
• Immediately available and can commit for 3+ months
• Have worked in a similar sales support role with a natural meticulous eye for detail
• Finance Admin experience required, ability to analyse revenue, assist with accounts receivable and process transaction information
• A clear communicator on all fronts, able to deal with a wide range of internal & external stakeholders
