Our client is a non-profit registered charitable organisation. The Institute has a national office based in Wellington and nine branches nationwide. The Institute represents over 1200 members engaged in building controls in both the public and private sectors.

In this role you will be the Executive Assistant supporting the Chief Executive and Board.

The role is based onsite 5 days per week.

This a permanent fulltime position based in Wellington CBD.

What you will be doing:

· Chief Executive support

· Board and governance support

· Document Preparation

· Meeting and diary coordination

· Event planning and travel support

· Project Management

· Relationship Management

Here is what we want to see on your CV:

· Proven Executive Assistant experience supporting at CE level

· Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, and strong ability to read the room

· Governance experience, including minute taking

· Strong email management experience

· Proven written & verbal communication skills

· Tech savvy and able to adapt and learn new systems quickly
