About the Role:

As a Team Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations. Your responsibilities will include:

· General Administration: Manage correspondence, schedule meetings, prepare documents, and provide day-to-day support to the team.

· Event & Meeting Coordination: Organise meetings, workshops, and events, including logistics, minute-taking, and action tracking.

· Travel & Logistics: Arrange domestic and international travel, accommodation, and ensure compliance with policies.

· Financial & Procurement Support: Process invoices, track expenses, assist with budgeting, and reconcile accounts.

· Data & Records Management: Maintain accurate records, databases, and classified documents.

· Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise with internal teams, external agencies, and service providers.

· Process Improvement: Drive efficiency in administrative workflows and compliance tracking.

About You:

To succeed in this role, you will bring:

  • Previous experience in an administrative or coordination role within a public sector organisation.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • A proactive and problem-solving mindset.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and build strong relationships across teams.
