Are you a Digital Content Adviser looking for your next 9 month fixed term challenge?
The Digital Content Adviser will contribute to the enhancement of the employer reputation specifically with Māori audiences. Reporting to the Manager of Employee and Candidate Engagement you will work across the Talent and Organisation team to support the delivery and engagement of key outputs.

The role:
You will provide specialist support to ensure successful delivery of the organisation’s communications and engagement functions including:
· Provide insights and develop new way of engaging with audiences in the efficient way to communicate key messages to all audiences
· Provide support and advice on branding, positioning, and promotion to stakeholders
· Consult with stakeholders on the development and design of content along with appropriate engagement metrics
· Collaborate with subject matter experts to review, edit and produce content to ensure that it meets user and business needs and reflects content strategy requirements. This may include:
Ø Guides or guidelines
Ø Online learning modules
Ø Presentations, handouts and other supporting materials
Ø Websites – External and Intranet.
You:
· Have a valid work visa prior to job offer or are a NZ citizen or resident
· Ambitious, confident, creative, professional manner and self-motivated
· Experience in the marketing or communication industry
· Strong oral communications and interpersonal skills
· A strategic thinker with demonstrated success in digital channels
· Proficient in Microsoft Suite and Adobe Creative Cloud
· Experience managing HTML pages preferably with experience in Silverstripe and /or Squiz CMS
· Experience working in Te Reo Māori Environment. Fluency in Te Reo Māori would be highly advantageous but not essential
· Strong level of cultural capability and awareness, able to work effectively with diverse groups of people.
