Our client is the number one global manufacturer in their field of air compressors, nitrogen/oxygen generation, vacuum pumps, industrial tools,and has had a presence in NZ for over 70 years.

An opportunity has arisen for a Lead Management Coordinator to join their team based in Mt Wellington, Auckland for an initial 6 month assignment

This role will support 2 different facets of their business, managing inbound and outbound leads across multiple digital and offline channels .

You’ll be working closely with the Comms manager and internal stakeholders.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage all leads from digital channels (website, digital ads, e-commerce, email marketing and smart link – leads generated from equipment on customer site)
  • Complete leads management process
  • Analyse data based on quarterly and monthly reports
  • Update in system any changes in data and update or train sales team if needed
  • Take part in marketing initiatives and employer branding activities like company anniversary, celebration, company events

KEY COMPETENCIES:

  • Good communication skills (this role will be coordinating with Business Line Managers and Sales teams)
  • Must be familiar with digital marketing: SEO, SEM, social media, EDM
  • Marketing data analysis and reporting
  • Campaign management
  • Team player, can do attitude
  • Ability to meet deadlines and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in leads management, CRM support or digital marketing support.
  • Digital marketing background experience
  • Basic MS Office – Word, Basic Excel (VlookUps and Pivot Tables and Charts- good to have)
  • Media agency experience a nice to have
