Digital Performance Manager – 9 month fixed term

Our client, NZ’s leading outdoor lifestyle brand has an amazing vacancy for a proven high performer with strong commercial experience to take ownership of their full customer journey from acquisition to conversion and retention.

This will involve the end-to-end digital performance and strategy across all websites, paid media, organic channels and marketplaces.

The role

• Own the full customer journey
• Manage and optimise budgets across paid search, social, SEO, marketplace
• Drive product visibility
• Lead a high performing team of digital specialists and analysts
• Collaborate with the brand, content, CRM, UX and merch teams
• Partner with external agencies

You

• Previous experience leading digital performance across eCommerce marketplaces
• Able to demonstrate strong commercial acumen and track record of delivery
• Expertise with managing media agencies and budgets
• Genuine passion for data and insights
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
• Proven leaderships skills
• Experience with Shopify and Klaviyo ideal
• Used to working agile
