About the role
As this established and successful organisation who specialise in quality used vehicle sales open a new branch, they are looking for a superstar Branch Manager to join and ensure the success of this new location.
The successful candidate will be an exceptional people leader who has managed a sales team, thrives on establishing a high performing culture in a fast-paced environment and is values driven.
From managing the team, being across sales leads, overseeing team performance, and ensuring the branch has the best vehicles available for sale, you will be a self-starter and hands-on manager who has a commercial lens on the operation whilst also being someone who loves being on the sales floor and not behind a desk all day.
You will be a relationship builder and have great customer service at the heart of your work. Experience in understanding a PNL and working to achieve a budget will be vital to your success as will a proven ability to be a practical problem solver.
