About the Role

We’re on the hunt for a Commissioning Manager with at least 5 years of hands-on experience commissioning HVAC systems. Whether your background is mechanical or electrical, if you’re passionate about quality, performance, and leadership, we want to hear from you.

As the 2IC to the owner, you’ll play a pivotal role in leading projects, mentoring junior staff, and ensuring our systems are commissioned to the highest standard. You’ll be based in Christchurch, with occasional travel to support projects across the region.

What You’ll Bring

• Minimum 5 years’ experience commissioning HVAC systems
• Strong understanding of HVAC principles and system performance
• Mechanical or electrical trade or engineering background
• Proven leadership or team coordination experience
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to travel as required
