Export Documentation Specialist

We are looking for an experienced Documentation Specialist to join these (NZ owned and operated!) trading experts who export food products globally. A busy and challenging role to keep you stimulated, you will take ownership of the export documentation process from start to finish (of course whilst providing outstanding customer service!).

You’ll enjoy being the “go-to” person for the Logistics Managers, working with suppliers and customers to support with a range of tasks. Great if you love pace, variation and consider yourself meticulous! Down to earth team who love what they do – come join them!

Your responsibilities will include:

• Accurate and timely preparation of the export documentation for food products
• Issuing invoices
• Arranging Bank Drafts and Letters of Credit
• Managing and resolving any queries and issues
• Managing internal and external stakeholder relationships

About you:

• Working across the South American market, it is a HUGE advantage to speak Spanish (not essential, but again, very advantageous!)
• Experience within an export documentation role
• System savvy
• Naturally meticulous – essential to have high attention to detail
• An analytical, problem-solving mindset, along with organisation skills
