ABOUT THE ROLE

This opportunity allows you to step into a pivotal leadership role where you’ll drive a rolling three-year business performance and assurance program across a complex, future-focused energy group. You’ll work at the intersection of strategy, transformation, and assurance-partnering with senior leaders to embed a culture of continuous improvement and value creation.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Leading a high-impact, enterprise-wide performance and assurance program
  • Partnering with executives to identify and deliver strategic improvements
  • Managing external consultants and ensuring quality, fit-for-purpose outputs
  • Reporting to board-level committees and shaping enterprise priorities
  • Championing a shift from compliance to performance-led assurance
  • Navigating a dynamic sector with curiosity, innovation, and influence
