Health and Safety Advisor

WHAT WILL I BE DOING?

• A newly created role, you’ll be working closely with the current H&S person, helping shape and lead H&S initiatives from the ground up
• You’ll play a key role in fostering a safe, compliant, and positive workplace culture
• Creating required reporting for internal & external stakeholders (you will have strong Excel proficiency and a bonus to have PowerBI experience)
• On-site visits, ensuring compliance is met (includes regional visits/travel – ie: Waikato, Bay of Plenty and Northland
• Encouraging staff participation and compliance
• Investigating onsite accidents and implementing corrective measures
• Lots more! This role is going to be a journey for someone, lots of growth!
