Inventory Data Administrator

Working in a close-knit Master Data team, your key focus is to maintain master data and ensure this meets the needs of stakeholders. A pivotal role to ensure timely and accurate supply chain master data is present, enabling procurement, purchasing, distribution and accounts payable processes are successful. DUTIES INCLUDE:

• Facilitate the set-up of new sub-inventory locations for districts within Oracle (also entering item/inventory information for new/replacement products
• Resolve work requests supplied from stakeholders, perform inventory related data set-up and maintenance within the Oracle FPIM system
• Ensure that all required inventory level master data is in place and kept up-to-date to support the Customer Inventory Coordinator, including cycle counting, top up orders and backorder reporting
• Update SOP documents to reflect the actual process when changed or improved
