Their Finance Optimisation team is focused on streamlining financial processes, improving system efficiencies, and driving better business outcomes. What You Will Be Doing

As a Business Analyst, you will play a key role in optimising finance processes and technology, ensuring the business gets maximum value from its financial systems. Your responsibilities will include:

• Identifying and resolving process inefficiencies, focusing on quick wins.
• Becoming a Workday functional specialist and supporting finance teams with system improvements.
• Partnering with stakeholders to enhance financial reporting and decision-making.
• Supporting business case development and benefits realisation.
• Working closely with IT on system integrations, testing, and platform management.
• Helping drive a shift towards a more self-sufficient finance function.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong BA skillset, with experience in finance and technology.
• Understanding of financial performance, including management and financial accounting.
• Experience in finance process optimisation and system transformation.
• Proven ability to manage change and influence stakeholders.
• Confidence in relationship building, with the ability to challenge and guide the business.
• Knowledge of Workday or similar finance systems is a major plus!
