In this role within the Digital Workplace team, you’ll use your expertise to guide technology solutions. Your strategic direction will shape projects involving advanced technologies and systems, ensuring smooth transitions and optimal functionality. Key Responsibilities:

As the Tech Lead for Infrastructure and EUC, your role encompasses:

• Addressing intricate issues to ensure system stability.
• Orchestrating cross-functional teamwork to diagnose and resolve technical challenges.
• Leading the transition of meeting room technologies to Teams-based solutions.
• Guiding the implementation and transition of INTUNE, MAM, and MDM solutions.
• Overseeing PSTN Networks, CISCO CUCM & PSTN, and TaaS Services.
• Advocating VOIP technologies to enhance communication capabilities.
• Managing network components including load balancers, firewalls, and proxy/zScalar.
• Leveraging your expertise in M365 & Azure, Windows, and Microsoft Teams.
• Thriving within the agile government department environment.

Requirements:

To excel in this role, you’ll need:

• A proven track record in untangling technical challenges and coordinating cross-team efforts.
• Expertise in transitioning meeting room technologies and implementing INTUNE, MAM, and MDM solutions.
• A solid understanding of PSTN Networks, CISCO CUCM & PSTN, TaaS Services, and VOIP technologies.
• Familiarity with network components like load balancers, firewalls, and proxy/zScalar.
• Proficiency in M365 & Azure, Windows, and Microsoft Teams.
• A background thriving within an agile government department setting.
