IT Application Specialist

As you’ve likely ascertained, this is an autonomous IT role where you will be the sole IT Applications Specialist in Auckland (however, working with an INCREDIBLE team – great culture with people who value respect, a laugh and hard work – the perfect balance!) wearing multiple hats. DUTIES INCLUDE:

• Connecting with IT Manager to ensure that the Application Support Services meet Business expectations, always ensuring systematic feedback from/to the local business & stakeholders is regularly collected and provided
• You’ll be the key liaison across the four business units, the IT teams, and external IT partners (excellent communication skills are key)
• Ensure Audit/Risk/Security Compliance (including licensing) of Applications is managed at all times
• Responsible for budget control and reporting of Applications (actuals, forecast, AOP submissions) towards Cluster ITM
• This is going to be a varied role where no two days will be the same!
