Lead Data Insights Analyst

Our client is building a fast-growing data and analytics function, with strong backing from senior leadership and an ambitious roadmap for growth. They are looking for a Lead Data Insights Engineer to work across several key clients, helping to design and deliver smart, practical data solutions that drive real value.

This is a client-facing role where you’ll work closely with cross-functional teams across marketing, design and engineering. You’ll be responsible for turning data into meaningful insights and helping shape how businesses use information to improve performance and experience.

What you’ll do

• Lead the strategy around data insights analytics for 3 to 4 key clients
• Own relationships and deliver insights and reporting using Power BI and Google Analytics
• Foresee and translate business needs into actionable insights
• Collaborate across marketing, design and engineering
• Mentor team members and help shape analytics delivery

What you’ll bring

• Strong PowerBI and Google Analytics skills (GAP, GDS, GTM ideal)
• Proven experience leading data projects and client relationships
• A focus on the future. Our client isn’t looking for someone who just thinks about what can be done now, but what else we could do. What new tools are there out there to help?
• Clear communicator, as this will be client facing
• Strategic thinker with hands on technical ability – talk the talk AND walk the walk
