Level 3 Systems Engineer

Join this dynamic & family-friendly Managed Services Provider based in the CBD. Provide remote, project & BAU Support & Systems Engineering to a group of their Premium Customers.

So, what’s the role?

This is a varied role and will include a mix of hands-on project implementation, resolving escalated support issues, assisting with solution scoping and mentoring of technicians. Very strong customer service and the ability to communicate with non-technical people are a must as you will be engaging with all levels of users.

What are we looking for?

• Level 3 Systems Engineer experience working with multiple customers for Managed Services Provider
• Networking knowledge, Virtualisation (Hyper-V, VMWare) & Cloud Computing (Azure/AWS), firewalling, security principles & technologies
• Being Microsoft Certified would be highly advantageous
• Great customer service focus, Smart & Professional
• High level of innovation and ability to problem solve
