You’ll be joining a market leading distributor of products and technical service solutions across New Zealand and Australia. Due to a major transformation, a newly created role has become available for an experienced Application Analyst to provide post implementation support to the business with the ERP solution with major upgrades and enhancements.
As an Application Analyst, you are responsible to provide technical expertise and operational support to the business users on all application matters across business wide. To be successful, you will have experience with implementation and operation of Salesforce and or SAP ECC 6.0 system.
The Role:
- Manage day-to-day administrative functions including set-up and maintenance, basic configuration, data updates, building and running adhoc reports
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues: integration, system, data integrity and other raised issues
- Provide first and second level primary support to the business users on the operation of CRM/ERP solution
- Support the end users and stakeholders and work closely with the offshore centre of excellence team
About You:
- At least 3-5 years of Salesforce Administration experience ideally in Lightning Service Cloud, Sales Cloud and Field Service
- Exposure in customisation and development including debugging
- Familiarity of SAP ECC 6.0 module id SD, MM, PS and FI will be ideal
- Experience with Salesforce-ERP integration will be highly desirable
