This role is initially until the End of their Financial Year (June 30th), with the expectation and drive to extend longer term.
What are the Key Areas of Responsibility and Tasks?
- It is a client-facing role, and the Scrum Master/Agile coach will work with various teams and leaders
- Support and enable 2 squads to continuously deliver valuable outcomes
- Improving the organisation’s Agile maturity by coaching and developing existing Scrum and leadership teams
- Management of internal stakeholders
- Conduct Agile ceremonies, remove team blockages and ensure optimal team flow

What will the successful candidate have?
- 3-5 years of successful Scrum Master/Agile coaching experience with large organisations
- Strong Agile knowledge and experience in mentoring and coaching teams and leaders
- Strong communication, stakeholders management and interpersonal skills
- A degree of flexibility and the ability to adapt their approach to customers’ needs and requirements
