We’re looking for 2 Senior Agile Coach’s to support two critical areas:
- Infrastructure Tribe – Across major infrastructure projects in security and cloud. You’ll need to speak tech, engage with engineers, and bring a fresh perspective
- Operational Tribe – Support a huge digital transformation across everything from workforce management, day to day operations and workflow management, essentially everything that keeps the business running
You’ll coach at all levels, hit the ground running, and focus on measuring and proving the impact of change. We’re after seasoned Coaching professionals who can embed and elevate Agile ways of working
Must-have:
- Proven Senior Agile Coach experience (not a step-up role)
- Tech-literate and comfortable in digital environments
- Strong background in monitoring, reporting, and quantifying benefits
- Digital transformation experience
