· The role

• As a Senior developer, deliver scalable, testable, maintainable, and high-quality code in an agile environment
• Proactively identify and address operational risks; Find solutions to your team’s technical challenges and mentor and guide junior engineers and engineers whenever possible.
• Actively encourage good coding practices through automation, code reviews, department education, and other means; monitor application performance, and quality of user experience and stay up to date on new technologies.
• Collaborate with the designers, product managers, and development managers to deliver on sprint goals.

· The ideal candidate will have:

o Candidates currently working as a full stack developer (Senior) with PHP (mandatory) at the BACKEND with minimum 7yrs of experience and above.

o VueJS /React / Angular / Javascript / Typescript at the FRONTEND (flexible).

o PHP exposure at the backend should be of enterprise level /large web applications. (preferred). Someone having experience handling complex projects with PHP.

o Nice to have skills but not mandatory – Docker, CICD, AWS.

o Great interpersonal skills and strong verbal and written communication. Can collaborate and thrive in productive, healthy debate done with mutual respect and shared goals and make complex concepts accessible with clear communication.
