The role
· Work with your team to provide vision and leadership within the Embedded Software team
· This position is approximately 50% Individual Contributor as a senior embedded software designer for your and your team’s project and 50% Engineering & People management.
The ideal candidate will have:
* Essential skill – Senior Embedded C developer / Lead developer/ Team Lead / Tech Lead / Embedded software development manager OR equivalent. ( embedded programming in C)
* People management experience / Project leading experience / mentoring, coaching / upliftment of junior team members etc. experience would be great.
* Any experience with Python, Labview, Jenkins, implementing/debugging microcontrollers/ motor controls, JIRA, Bit bucket would be an added advantage but not mandatory.
