Test Lead – Automation (Workday)

• Payrate : $85 to $98 per hour

The role:

• A qualified test resource is required to support Workday testing, ensuring accurate validation of business processes, integrations, and reports across HR, Finance, and Payroll modules.
• The resource will be responsible for test case creation, coordination, execution, defect tracking, and ensuring seamless integration between Workday and other enterprise applications.

The ideal candidate:

• Experience with Workday implementation and knowledge/exposure of various modules like Workday HCM, Payroll, Finance, Time Tracking, Recruitment, and Onboarding modules.
• Strong analytical skills for data validation, regression testing, and test automation (e.g., Workday Extend, Playwright, Cypress or other relevant frameworks).
• Ability to coordinate with functionals, business analysts, developers, and end users to validate and troubleshoot Workday implementations.
