Role overview

If you’re reading this you are interested in working for an AMAZING well-known luxury retail brand assisting with the growth of their London and UK locations. You will be part of an already existing team of two talent partners, three L&D partners and head of people – they’re a fantastic bunch and they need a motivational individual to join the team!

The role

As a Talent Partner you’ll be supporting the team with all hiring needs in the Head Office. Sales, Marketing, Tech, Creative and so on… No role is too big or small for you to fill! With new locations opening, this is an exciting and growing time for the business which you’ll be an vital part of!

Responsibilities

Simple – deliver talent across multiple teams. Partner with stakeholders and strategies hiring plans!

Requirements

• At least three years working in a recruitment or talent role
• Agency or in house experience – we’re open to the right hard-working attitude
• A positive can-do attitude and team player
• Excellent communication skills (as a great recruiter this goes without saying!)
