RCSA Awards New Zealand 2022 – Winner

Salt won the Outstanding medium Agency Award at the RCSA NZ Awards 2022.

It was clear from their entry that Salt is a well-rounded business that invests in its staff. The structured career pathways, and the identification of an appropriate starting point for new starters is commendable. The judges were also impressed with the inclusive and fair manner in which staff interact with clients and their strong commitment to the industry.

The judges were highly impressed with the balance Salt has between human interaction and use of technology. Furthermore, the accountability systems they have in place to support their candidates, make Salt a clear stand-out in this category. It is obvious that Salt is focused on looking after their candidates and this is well demonstrated by the training given to their consultants.
