Salt is proud to be recruiting an Instant Message Executive for our global FMCG client. As part of the Ecommerce Team, you will supporting our clients commitment to provide a consistent, easy to use, effective and efficient consumer experience on instant messaging platforms. The IM Executive will be assisting the Manager of Instant Messaging Apps in delivering against the companies international vision and objectives in the space of Ecommerce.
Key responsibilities:
Support the development and realisation of instant messaging strategy
Support Manager of Instant Messaging Apps to develop businesses cases
Work with the markets to foster an effective and productive relationship, gather feedback, consumer insights, identify business opportunities
Extend stakeholder awareness and knowledge about IM capabilities, best practices and guidelines.
Work collaboratively with Business Design, Architecture and IS to document and ensure the consistency of user experience on instant messaging
Support end-to-end consumer experience design to ensure that it is intuitive and easy to use
Blend commerce/marketing opportunities appropriately & seamlessly into instant messaging journeys
Work collaboratively with management to coordinate and plan the activation of instant messaging solutions across business units and multiple markets
Working with deployment, hub and governance teams and act as the key contact point to pilot, enable and communicate on the new features, capabilities, programs and enhancements to cross functional teams and markets.
Ensure business units are achieving business value from global instant messaging solutions
Gather learnt information and implement continuous improvement measures
Collaborate with the Performance & Reporting team to provide an overview, measure and track IM performance and business impact per market
Take ownership, initiative and project management of projects and deliverables relating to deployment of IM strategy and solutions
Qualifications:
Have a proven track record of delivering customer experiences on Social Media/Instant messaging platforms
Proven ability to build a strong partnership and trust with partners and management within an organisation
Must have good people skills and the ability to interact and communicate effectively, orally and in writing, across all levels
Experience with digital environment and related regulatory aspects.
Experience working successfully in a global, multicultural organisation
Collaborative in nature: a team player who is experienced in developing very strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and can successfully work independently
Strong project management skills
Proven ability to work effectively across functions
